On February 16th, 2017, the Bid Closing and the Technical Bid Opening Ceremony for Package 7 “Building and Engineering Works of Facilities funded with Japanese ODA Loan” of the Project for Disaster and Climate change countermeasures using Earth Observation Satellite was held by Vietnam National Satellite Center.
Participants of the Ceremony included the representatives of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST), Vietnam National Satellite Center (VNSC), Tender Consultant and Bidders, and members of Vietnam Space Center Project Management Unit.
At 3.00 pm on the same day, the representative of the Employer, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan – Vice Director of VNSC declared the closing of bids for Package 7 “Building and Engineering Works of Facilities funded with Japanese ODA Loan”.
At 3.30pm, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan declared the opening of bids for the Package; then, the representatives of Tender Consultant carried out procedures to open the Technical Dossiers and to seal the Financial Dossiers in accordance with relevant provisions. After that, representatives of the participants signed the Minutes of Technical Bid Opening.
At the end, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan expressed the sincere thanks for the participation of all organizations in the Ceremony.
At 5.00pm on February 16th, 2017, the Technical Bid Opening Ceremony concluded successfully.
