The Financial Bid Opening Ceremony Package 7 “Building and Engineering Works of Facilities funded with Japanese ODA Loan”

On June 19th, 2017, the Financial Bid Opening Ceremony for Package 7 “Building and Engineering Works of Facilities funded with Japanese ODA Loan” of the Project for Disaster and Climate change countermeasures using Earth Observation Satellite was held by Vietnam National Satellite Center.

Participants of the Ceremony included the representatives of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST), Vietnam National Satellite Center (VNSC), Tender Consultant and Bidders, and members of Vietnam Space Center Project Management Unit.

At 3.00pm on the same day, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan declared the opening of Financial bids for the Package; then, the representatives of Tender Consultant carried out procedures to open the Financial Dossiers. After that, representatives of the participants signed the Minutes of Financial Bid Opening.

At the end, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan expressed the sincere thanks for the participation of all organizations in the Ceremony.

At 4.30pm on June 19th, 2017, the Financial Bid Opening Ceremony concluded successfully.
