On October 10th, 2016, the Pre-bid Meeting for Package 1 “Satellite I, Equipment I, Capacity Development” of the Project for Disaster and Climate change countermeasures using Earth Observation Satellite was held by Vietnam National Satellite Center.
Participants of the meeting included the representatives of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology as the Line Agency, Vietnam National Satellite Center as the Employer, JICA expert team (Special Assistance for Project Management – SAPMAN), the Procurement Consultant and the Bidders as well as the members of Vietnam Space Center Project Management Unit.

At 10.00 am, the representative of the Employer, Mr.Vu Viet Phuong – Vice Director of Vietnam National Satellite Center declared the opening of the Pre-bid Meeting for Package 1 “Satellite I, Equipment I, Capacity Development”.

The meeting took place seriously and concentrated on answering and clarifying the questions of the Bidders regarding the Bidding documents.
Serious and focused atmosphere of the meeting
An official letter which includes all the answers will be sent to the Bidders who bought the Bidding documents.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Vu Viet Phuong expressed the sincere thanks for the interest and the participation of the attended organizations and the Bidders.
At 12.00 pm, the meeting concluded successfully.
