On December 02nd, 2016, the Financial Proposal Opening Ceremony for Package 1 “Satellite I, Equipment I, Capacity Development” of the Project for Disaster and Climate change countermeasures using Earth Observation Satellite was held by Vietnam National Satellite Center.
Attendees of the Ceremony included the representatives of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology as the Line Agency, Vietnam National Satellite Center as the Employer, the Tender Consultant and the Technically Qualified Bidders as well as the members of Vietnam Space Center Project Management Unit.
Opening of the Ceremony
At 3.00 pm, the representative of the Employer, Mr.Vu Viet Phuong – Vice Director of Vietnam National Satellite Center declared the opening of financial proposal”. The representatives of the Tender Consultant checked the sealing and carried out all procedures in a proper bidding manner. After that, the representatives of the attendees signed the Minutes of Financial Proposal Opening.

The Ceremony took place openly, transparently and in compliance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
At the end of the Ceremony, Mr. Vu Viet Phuong expressed the sincere thanks for the participation of all organizations.
At 4.00 pm on the same day, the Financial Proposal Opening Ceremony concluded successfully
