On September 19th, 2016, the Bid Opening Ceremony for Package 1 “Satellite I, Equipment I, Capacity Development” of the Project for Disaster and Climate change countermeasures using Earth Observation Satellite was held by Vietnam National Satellite Center.
Attendees of the Ceremony included the representatives of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology as the Line Agency, Vietnam National Satellite Center as the Employer, the Tender Consultant and the Bidders and the members of Vietnam Space Center Project Management Unit.
Opening of the Ceremony
At 2.00 pm, the representative of the Employer, Mr.Vu Viet Phuong – Vice Director of Vietnam National Satellite Center declared the closing of bids for Package 1 “Satellite I, Equipment I, Capacity Development”.
At 2.30 pm, Mr.Vu Viet Phuong declared the opening of bids. The representative of the Tender Consultant checked the sealing and carried out all bid opening procedures. After that, the representatives of the attendees signed the Minutes of Bid Opening.

The Ceremony took place openly, transparently and in compliance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
At the end of the Ceremony, Mr. Vu Viet Phuong expressed the sincere thanks for the participation of all organizations.
At 4.20 pm on the same day, the Bid Opening Ceremony concluded successfully.
